Our Patented Roll Form Machine

One of the distinguishing services offered by our stores is pre-rolled fascia metal shaped to one of several profiles and cut to custom sizes for our customers. This is a service that is unique to Reformed Products and made possible by our patented roll forming fascia machine. With out this service our customers would have to bend the metal themselves using a tool called a break. Using a break can cause the metal to "oil can" (a rippling effect in the metal) which is obviously not desirable to the home owners (our customer's customers.) Traditionally, the length of the fascia metal is limited to the length of the break (usually 10'-6"). Our machine imposes no limits to the fascia metal length, allowing our customers to offer seamless fascia metal to their customers.
