The following is a list of the steps you need to take in order to become an owner of a
Reformed Products Wholesale Building Supply Outlet.

submit an application.

- After the application is reviewed and if you meet all requirements we will contact you to
schedule an initial interview (all initial
interviews will be held at the corporate office.) At the interview you should bring the
following with you:
- Copy of your driver's license
- Verification of your assets as outlined on the application
- Copy of your birth certificate and social security number or resident alien status
(green card) to verify citizenship status. Must be US Citizen or resident alien.
As part of your meeting you will have an opportunity to discuss the application
process, ask questions regarding the Reformed Products Stores and their operations and explore
potential options. Any potential business partners should be present during the interview. If
necessary, follow-up meetings will be scheduled.
- We will perform a credit and background check as well as verify all information on the
application.
- It is recommended that you obtain legal and financial advice. In addition, you are invited to
contact current store owners to discuss their experiences and ask any other questions you may

- Before purchasing an existing store, or starting a new store, you must complete the
Training Program prior to closing on the store and signing
a licensee Agreement.
