Location Guidelines

Each state that currently has a Reformed Products store operating in it has already been divided into territories. The first owner to purchase a territory in a new state will be able to provide us with input on how to best divide that state into territories.

A territory must follow the guidelines below in order to have the proposed boundaries approved:

• The territory must have a minimum population of 100,000 people
• The proposed territory must have a strong market in the construction of residential properties
• The center of the territory must be at least 40 miles outside of a major city.
• Most territories consist of 8 to 12 counties or portions of counties

In addition, the following guidelines are used in selecting a location for the Warehouse:

• Easy Access to interstate or major highway.
• Good visibility from nearby roads
• Can not be closer than 40 miles from any adjacent Reformed Products Outlet
• Established light industrial area preferred.
