If you refer a new prospect to IWBG and the prospect purchases a new Reformed Products territory you will receive a $5,000.00 refferal fee within 60 days after the closing of the sale. This program is open to anyone. See details below.

Program Details:

The prospect needs to give us your name and valid phone number any time before the actual closing of the purchase. A referral name will not be solicited from the prospect.

This program is offered at the discretion of Independent Wholesale Buyer's Group, Inc (IWBG). It is not intended to create any additional rights to a licensed distributorship or any third party.

This program begins on June 1, 2005 and will be in effect for as long as this page is posted on this web site. IWBG reserves the right to eliminate this program at anytime without notification.

In the event that this program is canceled it will still apply to the referrer of any prospect that we were in contact with prior to the cancellation of the program that qualifies under the terms of this program.

This is a national program offered for new territories sold through the United States and Canada.

The person identified by the prospect prior to closing will receive five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each new Reformed Products territory sold that meets the guidelines of this program. The referral fee will not be paid for any territories purchased at a date later than the original purchase.

This incentive program is applicable for new candidates only. It does not apply in a situation where the candidate referred to IWBG is currently a territory owner or is already in contact with or who has been contacted by IWBG prior to the program start date. This incentive is not available where the referral is a partnership, corporation or limited liability company of which one partner, shareholder or member is an existing Reformed Products territory owner.

It is at IWBG's sole discretion whether or not it approves a prospect, and under what terms a candidate may be offered a particular opportunity. Reformed Products territory sales are regulated, and this referral program is not for the purpose of enlisting individuals or groups to help sell territories. Individuals not recognized by IWBG as sales agents of IWBG are not authorized by IWBG to qualify candidates or to make statements on behalf of IWBG relating to financial performance or potential for success in operating a Reformed Products Wholesale Building Supply Outlet. Any potential beneficiaries of the referral fee under the terms of this program are merely referring prospects to us. It is IWBG's responsibility go through the qualification process and, if applicable, the sales process.

IWBG will not pay more than $5000.00 per Reformed Products territory purchased regardless of the number of individuals purchasing the territory. Should an individual or group be referred by more than one person the referral bonus will be awarded to the first person identified by any member of the purchasing party.
