Territories

We're growing and looking for new places to introduce our innovative outlets. Instead of store locations, we offer territories. We take painstaking steps to keep owners from operating on top of each others businesses. This means that you will have more control over your clientele. In addition, you're free to open more than one outlet in your territory as your business grows. However, we do suggest you discuss future store openings with our management staff, so that we can help you foresee possible footfalls.

The following is a list of territories where we are currently looking to place new wholesale building supply outlets. Make sure you take a look at our stores for sale as well.

  • East Chattanooga
  • West Chattanooga
  • Gallatin
  • Clarksville
  • Crossville

In addition to the above territories we are also considering any territories in the following areas as long as they comply with our location guidelines.
